There’s a different kind of learning that happens in the kitchen.
It’s slower.
More tactile.
Rooted in attention, not urgency.
The Big Table is a small-group, hands-on plant-based cooking experience centered around simple techniques, seasonal ingredients, and the quiet rhythm of preparing food together.
This is not a formal cooking class.
And it’s not a restaurant.
It’s an evening spent working with real ingredients—often from the garden—learning how to build flavor, cook with intention, and make food that feels as good as it tastes.

Much of what we use is grown, gathered, or chosen with care. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s learning how to make something simple, honest, and good.
