Returns
Because many items available on this site are produced on demand or fulfilled by third-party partners, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer preference.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
To help resolve the problem quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will work with the fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Original Artwork and Studio Pieces
Original artwork and studio items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged during shipment.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
