Parents and guardians are not required to remain onsite.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParticipants should be dropped off and ready to begin \u003cstrong\u003ebetween 1:40 and\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e 1:55 PM\u003c\/strong\u003e so we can start together promptly at 2:00.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe session ends at \u003cstrong\u003e4:30 PM\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePickup is between \u003cstrong\u003e4:30 and 4:50 PM\u003c\/strong\u003e, and all participants must be picked up \u003cstrong\u003eno later than 4:50 PM\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause the studio is not staffed as a childcare facility outside scheduled program hours, extended supervision before or after the workshop is not available.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParents\/guardians must provide emergency contact information and the name(s) of anyone authorized to pick up the participant before the session begins.
